About Us


With us it is possible to invest in real estate in different countries.

For over 25 years we are actively working on building real estate in various countries in Europe.

We provide an integrated investment and asset management service incorporating commercial property acquisitions, finance, property management and disposals. Many of our clients have been advised by us for over two generations and we firmly believe in nurturing our client relationships for the very long term.

The company currently manages a substantial portfolio of properties across the world and specialises in commercial property investment in certain key sectors including pubs, restaurants, budget hotels, in-town supermarkets and distribution warehouses.

We are in direct contact with most central London and national surveyors and estate agents. We also have close working relationships with specialists in tax planning, building surveying, developments monitoring and offshore trust/company administration to provide our clients with a totally integrated service.

Our services include:


  • Formulation of a property investment strategy taking into account client risk profiles and income/capital return expectations.
  • Identification of suitable properties available to purchase.
  • Advice on pricing, location, covenant strength, current and prospective cash flows and future rental/capital growth.
  • Property acquisition - liaising with the client's accountants, solicitors, structural surveyors and taxation consultants.
  • Assistance in arranging competitive property finance coordinating finance brokers, lenders, lender's valuers and lender's solicitors.
  • Analysis of investment performance and maintaining/maximising strategic performance of client property portfolios.
  • Development of a disposal strategy including advice on pricing, marketability and timing to maximise capital gains.

Asset Management

  • Active property management including rent collection, insurance arrangements, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge administration, VAT issues and the timely remittance of funds to clients. We maintain separate bank accounts for each of our clients.
  • Management of all applications to assign, underlet or vary leases or to alter the property or change its use. Advice on tenant difficulty or company failure and on the marketing of any vacant space.
  • Completion and submission of VAT returns, dealing with registration and de-registration for VAT, and liaising and meeting with HM Revenue & Customs where necessary.
